摘要

The aim of this paper is to design and simulate M-shaped rectangular antenna for various wireless applications. The proposed antenna has been developed on FR-4 substrate (sr=4.4) with dimensions of 21.57×25.62×1.6 mm3. The M-shaped radiating patch is etched with C-shaped slots in order to improve the performance of the antenna and generate multiple frequencies for various wireless applications. Copper material has been used as a conducting material for patch and ground. The proposed antenna resonates at 2.4GHz, 3.03GHz, 3.66GHz, 4.25GHz, 6.53GHz and 7.75GHz. Hence it application in Industrial Scientific and Medical (ISM) (2.4-2.483GHz) band and fixed mobile WiMAX(2-6GHz) applications. The proposed antenna has been designed and simulated using HFSS software.
