摘要

Label-free spectral interferometric methods were employed for development and optimization of nanolabel-based biosensors. An optical technique has been elaborated for screening of functionalized nanoparticles and reagents for design of immunochromatographic and capacitive biosensors. The first type of sensors use magnetic particles as nanolabels, which are volumetrically detected by non-linear magnetization, while in the capacitive sensors, the nanoparticles serve for signal amplifications. The developed immunosensors were tested for rapid quantitative detection of hepatitis B surface antigen, which is the major marker for diagnostics of hepatitis B.
