The work contains selected results of research related to the systemic method of the improvement of artificial neural network parameters using Systemic Evolutionary Algorithm and Evolutionary Algorithm inspired by quantum computer science solutions. The work is the continuation of the research published earlier, in which a neural model of the Electrical Power Exchange was proposed for numeric data for the Day-Ahead Market. This paper also presents how the parameters of the neural network might be improved in a systemic method, by means of the Evolutionary Algorithm, and how to develop an Evolutionary Algorithm inspired by quantum computer science, and use it to improve the parameters of the neural model, including weight matrix. The research is being continued.
