Since the secondary battery industry develops rapidly in the extensive industry, the level of demand for the secondary battery with high capacity and stability increases. Currently, the material for the separator of the commercialized secondary lithium battery is mainly composed of PE or PP or PE/PP composite. However, there seems to be a problem related with a low level water-absorption for the polar electrolytic solvent. Also, there seems to be the risk of stability, when meltdown occurs rapidly according to the weak property of the high temperature and the high rate discharge.
