摘要

There will be variable temperature rise on the sliding contact surface at different currents. At the same time, the temperature changes the contact materials' composition, and then conversely affects the sliding contact characteristics. So some experiments using Carbon sliding panel infiltrated with Cu and Cu-tin wire, has been taken to find the variety of temperature rise in these processes. In these experiments the Smart Sensor AR827D is used to get the data of temperature. Also the Joule heating and the frictional heating are gotten using static and dynamic process. Then the relationship of temperature rise with other parameters such as the current, the rate and the contact load is analyzed. Base on these, a kind of black model is trained by the Neural Network, whose inputs are the contact load, current and velocity while the output layer is the temperature rise. For validating this black model, the testing data has been taken to the model.
