The revamping of POSCO Pohang No.2 sinter plant was carried out in 1997, from Apr. 21st to Jul. 31st during same period of No.2 blast furnace 2nd relining. Our targets of this project are to make stable supplying of sintered ore to No.2 B.F, prevention of air pollution and managing the proper man power odifications are consisted of five section largely, i) Improvement of operation flow, ii) Improvement of facility function, iii) Improvement of E.P, iv) Changed and enlarged old fa ilities, v) Establishment of new facilities. With these modification we can gain the costal competition and improved facilities, and also prepare for the "Environmental Regulation".
