摘要

A precision complex capacitive transducer of axis displacement and tilt in floating cylindrical objects has been developed. Movements in the four degrees of freedom are detected by two vector-eccentricity transducers operated at two frequencies (around 17 kHz and 19 kHz) and acting at different cross sections. The resolution of 1 nm allows sharp-defined plotting of 2-axis oscillations in the submicrometer range.
