摘要

The propelling effect of Internet on organizational innovations of enterprises is well demonstrated in its influence on organization of flat, networked, virtual, and learning kinds. Internet helps the enterprises exceed the limit of time and space, function and workflow, and thus becoming an essential condition for flexible organization in enterprises. The application of Internet technology provides linkage between all departments and posts inside an enterprise by internet information network system. It is the technical basis of flat organizing to transferring the decision -making authority upward and management authority downwards, so as to reduce the middle part of the organization. The open platform of information resources management based on enterprise intranet provides technical guarantee for enterprise network organizing. Internet has positive influence on knowledge acquisition, information distribution, information interpretation and organization memory. It is an almighty tool for organizational learning.
