Fast development of Internet has strongly affected the development and pogress of human society. It brings us brand new production and life - style, while making electronic politics feasible. This paper mainly discusses the electronic politics based on internet and its aims and functions. It also analyzes some related problems existing in the transition from traditional politics to electronic politics.
