摘要

With the rapid popularization of Internet, E ― commerce, the informative outcome of 20th century, also springs up vigorously. In China, E ― commerce is still in start stage, but along with the fast development of Internet and China entering WTO, Chinese enterprises are faced with the overall competition of international enterprises, which undoubtedly will promote the development of Chinese E ― commerce speeding up. However, our country is a developing country, logistics starts late, the level is low, and we don't have modern logistics that can support E ― commerce . How to efficiently raise logistics level is the key point of that whether Chinese E ― commerce can develop fast or not. This paper analyzes considerations of logistics from microcosmic angle facing E ― commerce, and establishes the solutions of efficient logistics from macroscopic angle.
