摘要

The development of a metrology test bench dedicated to the characterization of lens sub-assemblies for zoom objectives is addressed. Such a bench is able to measure with an absolute precision better than 100 nm PV, F/2 lenses with spherical aberration as high as 30 μm at 633 nm.
