摘要

It has been proven―Hoerbiger HydroCOM is a break through in reciprocating compressor technology. It has never been so easy to save operating cost and to optimize processes as it is now with HydroCOM! HydroCOM is a system for the stepless capacity control of reciprocating compressors in a range between 0-100%. It is based on components of the injection technology for large Diesel engines, enhanced by computing and control technology. Hydraulically actuated unloaders keep the suction valves open during part of the compression cycle. Thus, a certain amount of gas which is steplessly adjustable is allowed to return towards the suction manifold and the power consumption decreases. HydroCOM makes compressor control and monitoring an easy job.
