摘要

A new technique,Barometric Process Separation (BaPS),is being increasingly used to determine the gross nitrification (NIT),denitrification (DEN) and respiratory (RES) rates in a variety of ecosystems because it allows the determination of without destroying the original structure of samples and no adding labeled substrates.Gross NIT,DEN and RES rates are calculated by the balances of O2,CO2,and the total gas amount in a closed,isothermal system with a high temporal resolution when using a BaPS technique.The coastal wetland,a typical transitional zone between land and ocean,is a complex and sensitive ecosystem with special ecological and environmental values.
