摘要

Researches on interference caused by the outer magnetic field is very important for studying the electromagnetic compatibility of the electromagnetic relay. In the paper, 3D finite element method (FEM) was used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of electromagnetic relay interfered by power frequency field. The models of electromagnetic relay and outer power frequency magnetic field were founded. Through simulation and analysis, it was found out how the operation time, electromagnetic torque of electromagnetic relay, the pick-up velocity and the coil current changed with the outer interfered magnetic field. The relationship between the parameters of relay and magnetic field is quantitatively described. The experiment results agree well with the simulation, so the validity of the simulation is proved. The conclusion in this paper is of great value for research on the electromagnetic compatibility of electromagnetic relay.
