The area of the cell monolayer is indicated as a dotted circle in Figs. 1 to 6. The standard deviation (SD) and the relative standard deviation (RSD) of the PD and PAD inside the area of the cell monolayer for different culture dishes are calculated and compared in Table 1. Both methods have been proved to be effective in improving the uniformity of the PD and PAD distributions.
