Introduction The high quality milk means not only the increase of the financial income to famers,but also a convenient farm management.The rapid determination of milk composition allows to understand some aspects of the metabolism of dairy cows and to assess quickly some nutritional conditions (Hamann and Krornker,1997).Near-infrared spectroscopic sensing system for online monitoring of milk quality has been development by previous researchers(Kawasaki et al.,2008).Near-infrared transmission/reflection spectrum has been used to test some milk components (Aemouts et al.,2011).The objective of this study was to investigate the determination of main components in milk using the near-infrared transflectance spectrum.
