Introduction The effect of FA on metabolism in the mammarygland varies between different FA.Effects of individualFA have been studied (Bu et al.2007,Gonthier et al.2005,Enjalbert et al.1998),but little is known about joint action when all of them changed.Understanding how dietary changes the FA metabolism will provide insight into why certain diets may impact milk FA composition (Liu et al.2008).The change of ruminal fermentation parameters,especially the pH value of rumen contents were induced by the variation of forage source.As a result the forage source may affectthe fatty acid profile and biochemical parameters of lactating cows' blood (Moraleset al 2010,Polat et al.2009).
