This paper presents an environment controlled microassembly system developed to investigate the influences of environmental conditions on microassembly. The environment controlled microassembly system can control the temperature and humidity in a dean chamber where a microassembly platform is installed, in the range of -10-40℃ and 5-80%RH respectively. Early results of the influences of environmental conditions on microassembly are reported.
