摘要

As part of a project for the development of nuclear reactor technologies for multi-mission spacecraft an Annular Linear Induction Pump (ALIP), also known as electromagnetic (EM) pump, was designed. The first design studies and the fundamental ideas behind the development of a full modeling and simulation study for an optimized design methodology are presented in this paper.
