摘要

The necessity of implanting a System of Quality Management in the Design and Development of Prototypes hasrnarisen in the investigation that the Group of Production Engineering of the Escuela Técnica Superior de IngenierosrnIndustriales de Ciudad Real (Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, Spain) has carried out on the design, productionrnand implantation of a pilot plant of trituration and recycling of the used tires components that is already working inrnthe town of Villarrobledo (Albacete). This combined project, that has been financed by the European Union byrnmeans of a LIFE initiative, and in which our Group has carried out the organization and technical management, hasrnsupposed an important collaboration between companies like Dragados y Construcciones, the Instituto de Acústicarndel Centro de Investigaciones Científicas (Spain) and important small and medium footwear companies and similarrnindustries. Once this installation has been implanted, and when seeking the design and development of the industrialrnplant, it is necessary the support of the project management with the purpose of controlling the evolution throughoutrnthe design succesive versions. That is, what we seek is to create a tool of Quality Management to avoid the problemsrnthat could arise from the identification, development, evolution and maintenance of the future prototype, along itsrncycle of life. This tool designed by the E.T.S.I.I. has been implemented how software that permits integration for allrndesign and development phases in a single work environment, controlling the prototipe cycle of life.
