The proposal is to integrate models (quality assurance, total quality and environment management) andrncomplying with the regulations (EMAS, industrial safety and labour risk prevention). Difficulties of smallrnenterprises are defined to consecutively adopt these models. Solutions are indicated and a strategy isrnrecommended.
