摘要

The amended version of NRW's Landscape Act (Landschaftsgesetz) has been entered into force on 10 January 2006 NRW, aiming to provide an act to protect the ecology balance and the landscape ar-chitecture development. The author raises the need for legislation of landscape architecture based on the analysis of urban situation. This paper attempts to introduce the construction of NR W's Landscape Act from three aspects: legislation background, basic contents, and ideas by study the act and cases, then summarize some salutary references and existing issues of China. It is expected to provide reference for the study and lawmaking of landscape construction in China.
