The decision regarding ergonomics is basically like any other business decision because company owners or designated decision-makers must first establish boals, then identify action lalternatives, next see how well each alternative achieves the desired goals, and lastly select the action alternative that best achieves the goals. A simple, efficient, and proacial method is needed to assist decision-makers in industry with identifying and selecting an optimal ergonomic action strategy to achieve the goals and preferences of their unique companies.
