Our industry leading separation technology enables us to separate and recover plasticsrnfrom complex mixed streams of end-of-life vehicles at our facility in the UK. We haverndeveloped several products based on the recovered plastics, including PP, HDPE, ABS,rnPS and mineral filled PP.rnTo create our range of standard products we use enriched plastic flakes, recovered usingrnour process, that are compounded with small amounts of additives to modify propertiesrnsuch as impact strength, melt flow rate, flexural modulus and color. The resulting materialrngrades have favorable mechanical properties and are suitable in a wide variety of injectionrnmolded products used in the horticultural, construction, packaging and automotivernindustries.rnThe current products do have some property limitations (such as color,) but we will discussrnongoing efforts to produce materials with improved performance for use in demandingrnapplications such as automotive interiors and bumpers.
