摘要

The article is mainly about the study of ways and channels for raising funds in highway construction in the west of China. The ways include financial support, bank loan, BOT investment, investment funds, convertible bond, transferring the right of highway management, issuing bond and using stock. In contrast to the east, the main problem of the development of the west of China is funds. Although the state increases the investment in the in the west year by year in the recent thirty years, the gap between the west and the east becomes wider and wider. To help the west with their development, close the gap between the west and the east gradually and promote the national economy to develop in harmony, we must increase the channels about raising funds in the highway construction, improve the development in the west actively and try our best to change the passive situation that highway construction was restricted seriously by the shortage of fund under the national policy of raising funds system' reform.
