摘要

The technology progress is compatible with the macro, including the various elements, which technological innovation is the core elements; Technological innovation,scientific innovation and technological innovation have different knowledge innovation level and innovation scope. Technology innovation refers to the change on scientific and technological system, through innovation combines the economic and technological innovation; knowledge innovation is including technological innovation.
