The capitalization of the rural land rights is to discount the potential future income accrued in the tenure of the land rights by the peasants. The capitalized value could be used as the price of the land rights traded in the markets. Only in this way, can the land factor be put into circulation. The capitalization has wealth effects for the rural households, substitution effects of the capital factor for the labour and the agrarian land protection effects. It is a reliablechoice to reform the incumbent rural collective ownership of the arable land.
