With the rapid improvement in educational administration,most people change their thoughts of school organization unceasingly. The metaphor affects people how to regard educational mode of school. Started with school organization's significance in this paper, it explained the functions of organizational metaphor and the value of metaphor in school organization; then analyzed respectively eight kinds of influential metaphorical forms of school organization in the history-school is a factory; school is a family; school is a theater; school is a complicated official system; school is a political place of struggle; school is a social-ecosystem; school is a loose-linked system; school is a human culturalinvention; thereby advanced individual opinions on innovative metaphors in the future school organization eventually-"School is a open garden of spirit"and"School is a updating network system of intelligence".

机译：随着教育管理的飞速发展，大多数人不断地改变对学校组织的观念。隐喻影响人们如何看待学校的教育方式。本文从学校组织的意义入手，阐述了组织隐喻的功能以及隐喻在学校组织中的价值。然后分别对历史学校中工厂组织的八种有影响力的隐喻形式进行了分析。学校是一个家庭；学校是剧院；学校是一个复杂的官方制度；学校是政治斗争的场所；学校是一个社会生态系统；学校是一个松散链接的系统；学校是人类的文化发明；从而最终在未来的学校组织中就创新隐喻提出了个人意见-“学校是精神的开放花园”和“学校是智力的更新网络系统”。
