摘要

The growth of small satellite market allowed the development of a new class of launchers, able to perform more cost-effective missions. In recent times, several projects concerning new small launchers have been developed. In the design of these class of launchers for small satellites there is a new important characteristic: the spacecraft dispenser structure. The presence of this structure is mandatory due to the particular reduced size of these small spacecrafts, and their disposition under the launcher fairing must be different from the typical stacked disposition. In this project, a structural study of a new configuration of a small spacecrafts dispenser for the Vega launcher has been performed, leading to a comparative evaluation between different configurations. The compliancy statement with respect to the performance specification concludes the study.
