An on-line, automated chemical feed and control system has been developed for coordinated phosphate/pH boiler water treatment programs which continuously maintains boiler water chemistry within narrow control limits all the time. This system uses an innovative control strategy and the latest technology in sample conditioning and on-line instrumentation. A case history profiles the results of a recent installation.
