To improve the adaptability of high-yield xylanases to old newspaper pulp(ONP)deinking,the compensation method was taken for different deinking process in this paper.It was found that the optimum xylanases deinking parameters were as follows: the dosage of xylanases was 5.0 IU/g,reaction duration was 50 min,temperature was 45℃ and pH=5.0.After deinking,the whiteness of the deinked pulp increased by 2.04%ISO and the residual ink area(PPM)declined by 17324 mm2/m2.If increasing the xylanase dosage to compensate the loss of xylanase activity caused by low temperature and high alkalinity in deinking,the whiteness of deinked pulp increased by 1.94%ISO and the residual ink area reduced by 17546 mm2/m2 when the temperature was 20℃ with pH=7.0 in which also achieved the optimal deinking effect.The results showed that this compensation method could improve xylanase adaptability in industrial applications.
