The suspension system is an important part of Armored Vehicle. The non-destructive test (NDT) of the suspension system components is of very important significance to the safety and reliability of Armored Vehicle. This paper deals with the feasibility and advantage of acoustic emission (AE) technology using to the dynamic non-destructive test of Armored Vehicle suspension system, presents the architecture of multi-channel AE test system based on Virtual Instrument and defect pattern recognition method based on fuzzy set theory.
