摘要

In this paper, the principle is introduced that is one kind of differential pulse-width modulation circuit used in a capacitive accelerometer which has a capability of resisting hing overload and low-range measurement. The oscillation circuit and the signal processing circuit have been designed. As a result of the experiment debug, it is proven that this circuit possesses higher precision and antijamming ability . Moreover, the problem that has appeared in the circuit debug course has been analysed and some feasible measure has put forward.
