摘要

In the paper, the author analyzed the principle of rigidity nondestructive testing and produced various of nondestructive testing method, including eddy current testing, electromagnetic induction method, conduct magnetism rate testing, residual magnetism method, etc. Then according to eddy current testing principle and the property of XUSHI-saw blade, this paper put forward a new testing project and designed hardware circuit and software process, in which the result of experiment basically tallied with that of micro-rigidity method. Meanwhile, this paper adopted a new method of data processing and get approximate line relation through analyzing non-line problem of eddy current testing.
