Mathematical Analysis of Standard Volume used in Natural Gas Measure System

摘要

As the natural gas provided by oil field is a mixture that is composed by some kinds of oil and gas, it should be used standard volume to measure the volume of natural gas to the customer of domestic and international. On account of the difference of working condition (temperature, pressure), it should use compensate factor constrictive coefficient to revise perfect gas equation by the calculation of standard volume. According to the equation of natural gas in working condition which use the calculation of standard volume, this paper give out the equation and method of Z_N constrictive coefficient of the gas in standard condition and the calculation of Z constrictive coefficient of the gas in the working condition by the method of Redlich―Kwong general equation. The full mathematical analysis and method of calculation is given by example. At the same time the block diagram of the program is given which is used to process the data by computer. The system has been already used in an oil field in the northeast of China successfully.
