摘要

Advances in computer network technology have brought process control theory into a new field. In modern process industry, one of the key issues is how to solve the island automation. A feasible solution is to construct a distributed control system by communication network. In this paper, we propose an intelligent supervisory control system architecture based on multi-agent theory. The system is composed of user agent, management agent, diagnosis agent, optimization agent, regulator agent, measurement agent, data agent and production agent with different objects and tasks. The implementation technology of the agent-based distributed supervisory control system with COM/DCOM and CORBA standard is introduced in detail. Its main advantages include that it is an open, distributed and flexible system, and it has strong reusability and can be easily implemented with the developing software technology.
