The hardware structures of LabVIEW based simulation platform of north-seeking process are given, and the simulative platform's applications are introduced in the initial north seeking of inertial position and azimuth determining system. Thereinto, three data processing processes (low pass filter, dynamic tracking process and result display) are narrated emphatically. By this simulative platform, the arithmetic research, adjusting and test process and the sensors' selection become convenient. Now this simulative platform has been used in the research and producing process of north seeking.
