Proper why? Why? analysis of the problems to find out root cause with proper knowledge of design, construction and operation are of great importance to solve the problems. Boiler (steam generation) is the heart of the Sugar industries as it meets the electrical, driving and process demand without which no machinery can run. It is also of great importance that the boilers are operated within specified parameters its performacne is regularly. Proper analysis are to be made during off-season on the the abnormalities experienced during season and corrective actions are to be taken for trouble free operation.
