摘要

Currently, the sales volume of electric vehicles is significant lower than the sales volume of conventional cars. The main reasons for this slow development are the high acquisition costs, the insufficient charging infrastructure, and the limited range of electric vehicles. The last-mentioned reason depends on many influence factors like the selected route, meteorological conditions, and the payload. The knowledge of the current payload is very important for the optimisation of the range prediction, the realisation of energy-efficient driving strategies or the improvement of driving assistance systems (e.g. anti-lock braking system, electronic stability control). Moreover, the option to use more energy-efficient driving strategies, which also includes the improvement of the recuperation, enables the reduction of the operating costs. Therefore, the paper shows a system proposal for the real-time payload detection of vehicles (in particular electric vehicles).
