This paper has studied the formation of endosome analogues during the endocytosis of liposomes by general optical microscopy. This phenomenon can be observed for PC12, NIH 3T3 and BMSC cells. The effect of the concentration and the duration of liposome were examined in detail on the formation of endosome analogues for PC12 cells. A suitable concentration of liposome, such as concentration of 0. 04 μg/μl? favors to the formation of endosome analogues. The appearance of endosomes analogues can last a few of hours and finish over 4 h for PC 12 cells. The results obtained here have significance for studying the PC12 cells endocytosis of liposomes.
