It is now two years since we presented thernPROTEUS/MYRIADE multi-missions ground segmentrnand operations concept at the 5th RCSGSO symposium.rnThe first satellites using the multi-mission groundrnsegment are now flying and several other projects are inrnprogress. Concerning the ground segment, it isrnoperational for MYRIADE and about to be operationalrnfor PROTEUS. Work in progress for next missionsrnshow that the approach is cost effective, the mainrndrawback being the complexity of the humanrnorganization. Concerning the operations, preparationrnappears to be more expensive than expected on the firstrnPROTEUS mission, but cost savings are really expectedrnfrom the second mission. MYRIADE flying missionsrnare now in routine mode as expected.
