This paper describes the features and shortages of the traditional HFEA model,like THERP and HCR. They are combined further and developed into a new THERP + HCR-based HFEA model focusing on quantitative analysis.This paper states the analysis program and report construction of this model, at the end of which a practical example in LingAo NPP is given.
