摘要

As a severe scourge, there is high degree frequency of the infection with Ps.aeruginosa, with which wounds infected and cross-infected uncontrollably during nosocomial infection. Because of the high degree of ressitance of variation, the strains can rapidly occur from infectious strains in the course of clinical disinfection practically. Thereby such commonly utilized the surfactant disinfectants as Benzalkonium bromide is used and thus much variation strains are keeping existing in the disinfected or cleared environment. This discovery from the experimetnal study has confirmed by bacteriological investigation into clinical, which as experimental so same variation strains of Ps. aeruginosa are found in the liquid of disinfectants in some wards, e.g. surgical, operating room, and department of otolaryngology, where at time high frequence infection occurred there. Once the strains of iatrogenic variation as a source have occurred, it results that the wounds would widespreadly be inoculated and are made iatrogenically after the alleged chemical sterilization and sterilities of preserved storing.
