摘要

HBV belong to Hepadnaviriodaea, it can induce acute and chronic hepatitis through parenteral infection. Some patients can develop primary hepacytic cancer(PHC). Tc can prevent virus infection and remove virus by cellular immunity, and T cells also enhance antibody production in B cells. T-cell receptor (TCR) is an important molecule that recognizes antigen in the form of short peptides bound to a major histocompatibility (MHC) molecule, Functional TCR is generated by gene rearrangement. A large of evidence have shown that Ag-specific T-cell use a restricted set of TCR. Changes in the TCR v beta gene subfamilies after vaccination would be considered to provide preliminary evidence of a mechanism to prevent HBV infection and may be used for specific therapy.
