摘要

Cloud computing is important and fundamental in transforming the way organizations purchase and manage computing resources, it can reduce management and operating cost, and increase business agility, and meets the needs for organization's computing and data-storage. Although cloud computing has these advantages. its security problems are also important, how to help the companies or organizations to better apply the cloud computing, how to improve the safety and regularity of use of cloud computing has become urgent problem while country and enterprise to deploy the cloud. This paper studies the cloud computing risk management framework and information security management regulations of other countries, and with reference to the domestic information security assessment standard, establishes a cloud computing security risk management framework, including: self-assessment of users, self-assessment of cloud service providers, safety assessment program of cloud service providers, third party assessment, continuous monitoring phases, and proposes a deploy plan for simulation of the security incident on typical cloud computing environments. it has the guiding significance for the cloud computing applications, and provide a strong support for the users to avoid the risks of cloud computing in order to better support the security assurance to play the advantages of cloud computing.
