In this study, it proposes tsunami measures not considered in disaster measures of current urban expressway based on the latest tsunami damage assumption updated since Tohoku earthquake.Specifically, by simulating car’s action after Tsunami due to large-scale earthquake is occurred, it examines measures to secure user’s safety on the expressway and car on the general road.
