摘要

The optimal design of plate structures made of elastic perfectly plastic material is studied according to the shakedown criterion. The optimization problem is here to find the cross section variables of the structural elements such that the shakedown limit load multiplier of structure is maximum under weight of the structure plus certain size constraints are satisfied. The design problem is formulated by means of a static approach based on the shakedown lower bound theorem.An approximation algorithm based on Kriging method for optimal shakedown design of the structures is employed to solve this problem. The temperature parameter method is used to do structural shakedown reanalysis. The numerical example is given to demonstrate that the proposed method is more efficient and economical.
