摘要

Li_3InBr_6 undergoes phase transition to a superionic conductor at 314 K. This high-temperature phase cooled down to room temperature shows an extremely high conductivity 5.0x10~(-4) Scm~(-1) at 300 K. The temperature dependence of the X-ray powder diffraction suggested that the HT phase changes its structure gradually with temperature and finally showed simple powder pattern of the NaCl structure at 420 K. This structure contains intrinsic vacancies because of the substitution, 3Li~+ = In~(3+). A sharp ~(115)In NMR also supported this average structure for the HT phase.
