The current-voltage characteristics in YBaZ_2Cu_3O_(7- delta ) thin films prepared by two methods, the laser ablation method and the ion cluster beam (ICB) method, were studied in magnetic field perpendicular to the film surface. The activation energy U_0 in the films prepared by both methods and a 1/H dependence in the linear resistivity region, but, U_o was larger in the laser film than in the ICB film. The irreversibility fields Hirr (T) in the ICB films exhibited a power-law behavior, H_o(1-T/Tc)~m with m approx 1.5. On the other hand, an exponent m in the laser film is significantly larger.
