We have measured dc-magnetization of Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_(8+ delta ) single crystals with three defferent doping levels: over-doped, optimum-doped and under-doped, using a conventional SQUID magnetometer in a magnetic field parallel to the c-axis of the crystal. A small but distinct jump was observed in the magnetization curve in all samples. The jump is considered to be the vortex lattice melting, which was first observed by Zeldov et al.~1 by using a micro-Hall probe array. The temperature dependence of the vortex line lattice melting line deduced from the jump in magnetization curves saturates below about 40K with decreasing temperature to the magnetic field at 65 mT(over-doped) and at 15 mT(under-doped). It appears that the melting line is terminated and smoothly connected to the 2D-3D transition of the vortex lines, where the peak effect is observed.
